Hoover’s Revived Health LLC provides virtual therapy for individuals and couples through secure telehealth platforms. Services are available only to residents of Texas, Oregon, and Mississippi.
3. Confidentiality
All therapy sessions and records are confidential and protected by HIPAA. Information will not be released without your written consent, except as required by law (e.g., risk of harm, abuse, or legal orders).
4. Fees and Payments
Insurance: Claims are processed through Headway.
Self-Pay: Payments are accepted directly or through Thrizer for out-of-network reimbursements.
Cancellations: Appointments must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a late cancellation fee.
5. Telehealth Services
By engaging in telehealth services, you acknowledge and agree that:
Sessions occur virtually via SimplePractice, a HIPAA-compliant platform.
You are responsible for maintaining privacy during your sessions.
Technical issues may occasionally interrupt services, and alternative arrangements will be made when necessary.
6. Website Use
The information provided on our website is for educational and informational purposes only. It is not intended to replace professional medical or mental health advice.

7. Limitation of Liability
