You Don't Have to Navigate This Alone
A 12-Week Virtual Group for Emotional Wellness
Anxiety and depression can make you feel incredibly isolated. Like you're the only one struggling. Like no one really understands what you're going through.
But you're not alone—and you don't have to figure this out by yourself.
The Emotional Wellness Group is a safe, supportive space where you can connect with others who get it, learn practical tools to manage anxiety and depression, and work toward healing with guidance from a licensed clinician.
This isn't just a support group. It's a structured, 12-week program designed to help you build real skills, feel less stuck, and regain a sense of hope.
Is This Group Right for You?
The Emotional Wellness Group is designed for adults who are struggling with anxiety, depression, or both—and are ready to do something about it.
This group might be a good fit if you:
✓ Feel overwhelmed, stuck, or isolated by anxiety or depression
✓ Want support but don't want to navigate it alone
✓ Are ready to learn new tools and stay consistent for 3 months
✓ Want guided support from a licensed clinician, not just peer support
✓ Are looking for a structured, evidence-based approach
✓ Want to connect with others who understand what you're going through
This group is NOT a good fit if:
✗ You're in active crisis or need intensive mental health support
✗ You're not ready to commit to 12 weeks of consistent participation
✗ You're looking for individual therapy (we offer that separately)
Important: This is a closed therapeutic group, limited to 6 participants. Once the group starts, no new members will be added, which creates safety and trust within the group.
What Happens in the Emotional Wellness Group?
Each week, you'll meet virtually for a structured 60-minute session designed to help you understand and manage anxiety and depression. Each session builds upon the previous one, supporting gradual growth over 12 weeks.
Weekly Topics Include:
Understanding thoughts, emotions, and behaviors
Managing anxiety and depressive symptoms
Communicating needs clearly
Setting healthy boundaries
Strengthening coping skills
Navigating conflict and maintaining connections
Each Session Includes:
-
Start each session by sharing how you're doing. This isn't just small talk—it's a chance to be honest about your struggles in a space where you won't be judged.
-
Learn about what's happening in your brain and body when you're anxious or depressed. Understanding why you feel the way you do is the first step to changing it.
-
Practice evidence-based techniques for managing difficult emotions, challenging negative thoughts, and building resilience. You'll leave each session with tools you can use immediately.
-
Share experiences, learn from others, and realize you're not alone. There's something powerful about hearing "me too" from someone who truly understands.
-
Brief exercises to reinforce what you're learning. These aren't homework for homework's sake—they're designed to help the skills stick.
Important: Participation happens at your pace. You will never be required to share more than you feel comfortable sharing.
